Notice is given that the Southend-on-Sea City Council under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 proposes to make the above Order

1. Marlborough Highways on behalf of Southend City Council will be completing essential lining works.
2. The proposed works are listed in Table 1 to this notice. The effect of the order will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the road included in Table 1 to this notice. Diversions are not required.
3. The Order will come into effect on 23rd May 2022 and is expected to be completed on the day; but may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier and will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs
4. Access for emergency vehicles, vehicles being used in connection with the works, residents and pedestrians will be always maintained during the closure.
5.
