NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

We, Golden Lines-Trading Limited of G05 Victoria Chambers 27 Fire Vale Road Bournemouth BH1 2JN are applying for a New Premises Licence for the premises to be known as SOL. at 182 Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth. BH1 1NU HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT We Golden Lines-Trading limited has applied to BCP Council Licensing Authority on 9th May 2022 for a New Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The proposed Licensable Activities are the provision of Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 hours to 05:00 hours 7 days a week.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, BCP Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA or licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk.
Representations must be received no later than 6 June 2022 The Application Record may be viewed between the hours 9:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday at the above address or on the website www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction may be subject to an unlimited fine (level 5 on the standard scale.)
