BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL
The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Orchard Lane, Prestwood in the Parish of Great Missenden CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Orchard Lane for approximately 214m. Alternative route: High Street, Nairdwood Lane, Honor Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Swish Fibre duct installation works. Road will remain closed for the duration of the works. Access to residents take place commencing on 16th May 2022. Road will remain closed for the duration of the works with access to residents. The proposed Order will come into operation on 16 May 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Broombarn Lane, Great Missenden) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Broombarn Lane for 451 metres. Alternative route: Martinsend Lane, Station Approach, High Street, Rignall Road, Broombarn Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst PIA Works and Installation of Fibre Ducting, chambers and tobys, works in the Footway, Carriageway and Verge, also to include clearance of blockages and cabling works take place commencing on 16 May 2022 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 16 May 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Alternative route: Coleshill Lane, Fagnall Lane, The Common and vice versa. The closure is required whilst pole testing takes place commencing on 16 May 2022 between 09:00 and 16:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 16 May 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

NOTICE OF MAKING A PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER, THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (PARISH OF CHESHAM) DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2022 made on 27th April 2022, under section 53(2) (b) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding public footpath from point A on the order plan at SP9547-0273 south west for approximately 129 metres to point D at SP9537-0264 then west north west for approximately 11 metres to point E at SP9536-0265 then west south west for approximately 19 metres to point F at SP9535-0264 then north west for approximately 12 metres to point G at SP9534-0265 as shown by a bold broken line with the width of 2 metres as shown on the Order map.

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing stating the grounds on which they are made to the Definitive Map Team, Buckinghamshire Council, Walton Street Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA or email row@buckinghamshire.gov.uk by no later than 24th June 2022. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order. Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 this Council is obliged to make any representations received in response to this notice open to public inspection.
The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Bridleway No. 156, High Wycombe) (Temporary Bridleway Closure) Order 2021 made on 30 November 2021, under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, has with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport been continued in force and will so continue until 1 December 2023 or until the works have been completed whichever is the earlier. The effect of the Order is to continue temporarily prohibiting any person from proceeding on foot or by any other means, except for access, along that length of Public Bridleway No. 156, High Wycombe, commencing at a point approximately 177m from First Street and continuing to a point approximately 221m from First Street. The closure is required whilst development works are ongoing. The alternative route for users affected by the closure will be via the existing Bridleway, with the crossing point to be marshalled by contractors at various points of the day.
The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Oxford Street, Lee Common) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Oxford Street for 67 metres. Alternative route: Oxford Street, Lee Clump Road, Chartridge Lane, Village Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst new water connection is installed, taking place commencing on 28 May 2022 between 08:00 and 18:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 28 May 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Alternative route: Summerleys Road, Lower Icknield Way, Thame Road, Longwick Road, Aylesbury Road, New Road, Horns Lane, Bell Street, Wycombe Road, Station Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst a safety examination of bride structure takes place commencing on 25 May 2022 between 22:00 and 05:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 25 May 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
