NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that We, Greene King Brewing & Retailing Limited have applied to Darlington Borough Council on 10th May 2022 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at: Woollen Mill, Unit 3, Feethams, Darlington, DL1 5QT. To vary the following:
To vary the sale of alcohol from 08:00am daily.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 7th June 2022 stating the grounds for making said representation to: The Licensing Department, Darlington Borough Council, Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington, DL1 5QT. A record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Department, Darlington Borough Council, Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington, DL1 5QT

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
