HERTFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL:


An alternative route will be via A4125 (Hampermill Lane/ Sandy Lane/Watford Road), B469 Green Lane, A4125 (Church Road/High Street), A404 (Rickmansworth Road/Pinner Road/ Pinner Green/Uxbridge Road), A410 Uxbridge Road, A4008 (Oxhey Lane/Pinner Road) and A4125 Eastbury Road/ Hampermill Lane) or via A4125 (Hampermill Lane/Eastbury Road), A411 Chalk Hill, A4008 (Aldenham Road/Pinner Road/ Oxhey Lane), A410 Uxbridge Road, A404 (Uxbridge Road/ Pinner Green/Pinner Road/Rickmansworth Road), A4125 (High Street/Church Road), B469 Green Lane and A4125 (Watford Road/Sandy Lane/Hampermill Lane).
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.


The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.


The Order has been made and shall come into force on 18 May 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (VARIOUS ROADS, BUSHEY) (RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 2021


NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce waiting restrictions in parts of Bushey as specified in the Schedules to this Notice. The Order will come into effect on Monday 16 May 2022.


Documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are held on deposit and may be viewed from 13 May 2022 to 24 June 2022 during normal office hours at Main Reception, Hertfordshire County Council, County Hall, Pegs Lane, Hertford or may also be viewed online from 13 May 2022 at www.hertfordshire.gov.uk/trafficorders by selecting Hertsmere and looking at Ref: H00221.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or any Instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within 6 weeks from the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for this purpose.

SCHEDULE 1: No waiting at any time - effecting those sections of road listed below and as set out in the Order and accompanying plan - Parts of Herkomer Road, Bournehall Avenue, Harcourt Road, Reddings Avenue, Coldharbour Lane, Chiltern Close, Cotswold Avenue, Wendover Way, Oundle Avenue, Ivinghoe Road and Little Bushey Lane.

SCHEDULE 2: No waiting 7.00am to 7.00pm daily - effecting those sections of road listed below and as set out in the Order and accompanying plan - Parts of Harcourt Road, Reddings Avenue and Chiltern Avenue.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (VARIOUS ROADS, CHORLEYWOOD) (20 MPH ZONE) ORDER 2022


NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council in order to improve road safety proposes under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce a 20 mph zone in parts of Chorleywood as specified in the Schedule to this Notice. Documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposals may be inspected from 13 May 2022 during normal office hours, at Main Reception, Hertfordshire County Council, County Hall, Pegs Lane, Hertford, or may be viewed on-line at www.hertfordshire.gov.uk/trafficorders by selecting Three Rivers and looking at Ref: TR00122

SCHEDULE: 20 mph zone - effecting those sections of road herein listed and as set out in the Order and accompanying plan - Entire lengths of Beechwood Avenue, Brushwood Drive, Main Parade, New Parade, Station Approach, Lower Road, North Road, Chorleywood Bottom, South Road, Becks Hill, Hillside Road, Quickley Lane, Capell Road, Capell Way Capell Avenue, Copmans Wick, Hubbards Road, Furze View, Rendlesham Way, Haddon Road, Dove Park, Quickley Rise, Lawford Close, Lawford Avenue, Stag Lane, Bullsland Lane, Bullsland Gardens, Grovewood Close, Grove Way, Shire Lane (service road), Old Shire Lane, Quickley Brow and Windermere Close and parts of Whitelands Avenue and Common Road.
