ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL BACK UNITY STREET, BINGLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of water works to be executed on or near Back Unity Street, Bingley has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Back Unity Street from a point outside the rear of No. 23 Back Unity Street to a point outside the rear of No. 55 Back Unity Street.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Back Unity Street South (unaffected section), Oak Ave, Bradford Road, Myrtle Avenue and vice versa.
The Order comes into operation at 08:00 hours on the 19th May 2022 and remains in force until 18:00 hours on the 23rd May 2022 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
