ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL HILL HOUSE EDGE LANE, OXENHOPE TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of telecommunication works to be executed on or near Hill House Edge Lane, Oxenhope has made the above-named Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Hill House Edge Lane from its junction with Hebden Bridge Road for approximately 35 metres in a southerly direction.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order will be available via Hill House Edge Lane (unaffected section), Nab Water Lane, Cold Edge Road, Withens Road, Cold Edge Road, Mount Tabor Road, Balkram Edge, Clough Lane, Mill Lane, Whitegate, Per Lane, Keighley Road, Halifax Road, New Road, Long Causeway, Denholme Road, Station Road, Keighley Road, Hebden Bridge Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect at 09:30 hours on the 17th May 2022 and remain in force until 15:30 hours on the 19th May 2022 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
