Licensing Act 2003: Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.
Notice is hereby given that Waltham Forest Services Ltd. has applied to the London Borough of Waltham Forest for the grant of a Premises Licence at: Ive Farm Cafe, Feel Good Too Centre, 1 Pavilion Walk, Leyton, London E10 5UE.
The nature of the application is as follows: Supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises and hours premises is open to the public: Monday - Friday 12:00-21:00, Saturday and Sunday 08:00-18:00.
The Licensing register listing full details of the application is kept by the Licensing Service, 3 The Square, Leyton, London E10 5NR. The application may be viewed Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm (except Bank Holidays). Any person wishing to make a representation in respect of the above activities may do so in writing to the Licensing Service, 3 The Square, Leyton, London E10 5NR or via email: Licensing@walthamforest.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 5th June 2022.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
