NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Mark Ebert applied to Barnet London Borough on 29/05/22 for a licence to use the premises at The Wine Gallery - 90 Golders Green Road, London, NW11 8LN for the sale by retail of alcohol during the hours - 09:00 - 23:00 Monday - Sunday.
Any person or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Authority at London Borough of Barnet, Licensing Team, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London, NW9 4EW.
A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 27th May 2022.
It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000), under section 158 of the licensing act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
