ALLERDALE BOROUGH COUNCIL APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION TO A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003 MEDENI TUGA has applied to Allerdale Borough Council for a Variation to the Premises Licence for 37 JANE STREET, WORKINGTON, CUMBRIA, CA14 3BS to vary the provision of Graham Travel Services to the sale of hot food for takeaway, delivery or collection, between the following hours: from 4pm to 10pm Monday to Thursday and on a Sunday, and: from 4pm to 12pm Friday and Saturday, including Christmas day, Boxing day and other public holidays. Any person wishing to make relevant representations on this application may do so in writing by not later than 28th of May to Licensing Department, Allerdale Borough Council, Allerdale House, Workington, Cumbria, CA14 3YJ or by emailing to: licensing@allerdale.gov.uk. The application may be viewed by appointment only at Allerdale House, New Bridge Road, Workington, CA14 3YJ between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.
