(Durham Road, Ushaw Moor) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022
The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 153 metres of Durham Road, Ushaw Moor, to the rear of number 11 to enable water supply renewal works to be undertaken. Throughout the period of closure, access to each side of the closure can be gained via the B6302 Broom Lane. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 30/5/22 from 8am and are anticipated to be completed in 3 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly. Dated: 12th May 2022
