(Hawthorne Terrace (Rear), Durham) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 16 metres of Hawthorne Terrace (Rear), Durham, to the rear of numbers 33 to 35 to enable sewer repair works to be undertaken. Alternative route will be available to vehicular traffic via front Hawthorne Terrace. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 30/5/22 from 8am and are anticipated to be completed in 3 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly. Dated: 12th May 2022
