THE COUNTY OF CUMBRIA (FOOTPATH NO.226008 IN THE PARISH OF DEARHAM) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2022
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to enable Cumbria County Council to carry out bridge repair works ("the Works"), the County Council of Cumbria has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along an approx. 450 metre section of Public Footpath No. 226008, at Garley Gill in the Parish of Dearham, between Grid References: 306777 536494 and 306716 546055. There is no suitable alternative route available.

The Order will come into operation on 16 May 2022 and may continue in force for a period of up to six months from that date as and when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed, although it is anticipated that it will only be required for 1 week.
