Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Paris Baguette UK Co Ltd has applied to Wandsworth Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Paris Baguette, Upper UG-005, Upper Ground Floor Phase 2, Battersea Power Station, London, SW11 8DD.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
1. Supply of alcohol (on and off the premises) and regulated entertainment in the form of live music and recorded music (indoors) 08:00-midnight Sunday to Thursday and 08:00-02:00 Friday and Saturday.
2. Late night refreshment (indoors) 23:00-midnight Sunday to Thursday and 23:00-02:00 Friday and Saturday.
3. Opening hours 08:00-00:30 Sunday to Thursday and 08:00-02:30 Friday and Saturday.
4. New Year's Eve - from the end of authorised hours on New Year's Eve to the start of authorised hours on the following day for all licensable activities.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership, (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Council), Merton Civic Centre, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by e-mail
no later than 2nd June 2022 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Wandsworth Council and the record of the application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours between 10.00am and 4pm or on the council's website -

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in conn-ection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
