Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Travelodge Limited has applied to London Borough of Merton for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Travelodge. 27-29 Hartfield Road, London, SW19 3SG.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 00:00 to 00:00 (24 hours) and the provision of late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 05:00 the following morning. (The sale of alcohol between the hours of 23:00 and 10:00 will be restricted to residents only).
Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by the Licensing Section, London Borough of Merton, 14th Floor, Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX, or by email to licensing@merton.gov.uk, no later than 6 June 2022 stating the grounds for objection. The register of London Borough of Merton and the record of the application may be inspected by appointment, at the above address between the hours of 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 - 16:30 Friday, or on the council's website -www.merton.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
