NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that GKSS Limited has applied to Wandsworth Council for a new premises licence at Oseyo, Unit B1-G02, Ground Level, Phase 3A Battersea Power Station, London, SW11 8BJ for the sale of alcohol (for consumption off the premises) on Sunday - Thursdays between 08:00 - 00:00, and Friday - Saturday 08:00 - 02:00 and late night refreshment on Sunday - Thursday between 23:00 - 00:00, and Friday - Saturday 23:00 - 02:00
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by 31 May 2022 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing, Wandsworth Council, Environmental Health Authority Regulatory Services Partnership (serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre London Road, Morden SM4.5DX or by email: licensing@merton.gov.uk
The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment Environmental Health Authority Regulatory Services Partnership (serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road Morden SM4.5DX between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website www.wandsworth.gov.uk
It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a tine of any amount.
