WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS -(TMO - KINGMAP0063)

The Kingston upon Thames (Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No. 64) Order 2022 and The Kingston upon Thames (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No. 64) Order 2022
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames made the ABOVE Orders on 9 May 2022 under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1. The general effect of the Orders, will introduce single yellow line waiting and loading no loading/unloading restrictions operating Monday 8am to 12pm in:-

- Park Road, Kingston opposite its junctions with Wilmer Close and Woodcote Close; and

- Wilmer Close outside Nos. 1 and 2.

2. The made Orders which will come into effect on 16 May 2022 and plans can be inspected:

a) online at www.kingston.gov.uk/unmade-traffic-management-orders; under reference TMO - KingMap 0063

b) at Council libraries;

c) The Information and Advice Centre, Guildhall 2, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 1EU between 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays inclusive; and

d) copies of the made Orders and plans can also be obtained by calling 020 8547 5000 (between 9am. and 5pm. on Mondays to Fridays); or by emailing TMO@kingston.gov.uk (please quote ref. KingMap0063). The made documents will be available until 20 June 2022.

3. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or any relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may make application for the purpose to the High Court by 20 June 2022.
