NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Alan Gilberthorpe late of 36 Garden Way Newport PO30 2BN who died on the 20th October 2021 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the Executor/s on or before the 20th July 2022 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
