PUBLIC NOTICE IN THE MATTER OF DENIS EDKINS deceased (late of 114 Oak Road, Redcar, TS10 3RG, and formerly trading as G H Edkins & Son, Auctioneers & Valuers, from premises at 58 Kingsway, Bishop Auckland, Co Durham, DL14 7JF) NOTICE TO CREDITORS TO PROVE DEBTS
The deceased died on 25th November 2010 and Probate of the Will was granted out of the Newcastle Upon Tyne District Probate Registry on 2nd November 2012. I, John Harvey Madden of Rowlands R&I, 8 High Street, Yarm, Stockton on Tees, TS15 9AE, have been instructed by the sole executor to assist in dealing with the insolvency aspects of the estate. All persons having in their possession any of the effects of the deceased must deliver them to me, and all debts due to the deceased must be paid to me. Creditors who have not yet proved their debts must forward their proofs of debt to me within the course of 28 days from the date of publication of this Notice or in default thereof will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proven. No further public advertisement of invitation to prove debts will be given.
