Notice is given that McCarthy & Stone Limited has applied to Dorset Council for a new premises licence in respect of Cherrett Court (Retirement Living) 577 Ringwood Road, Ferndown, Dorset BH22 9FE for the sale of alcohol, by retail, for homeowners and their invited guests only between the hours of 1100 hours and 2300 hours Monday to Sunday and 1100 hours to 0100 hours on New Year's Eve

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
