Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Troia (UK) Restaurants Limited in respect of Premises known as Ivy Asia (formerly Fat Face), 51 Ship Street, Brighton, BN1 1AF applied to Brighton & "Hove City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to vary the layout of the premises in accordance with plans supplied by the applicant. Permitted hours and licensable activities remain as existing.
