(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF EXITING, STOPPING, PARKING, WAITING, LOADING & A SUSPENSION OF ONE-WAY TRAFFIC) (DUNDONALD DRIVE) ORDER 2022

Notice is given that the Southend-on-Sea Borough Council under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has proposed to make the above Order. 1.ICD Energy Group Ltd will be laying a new gas pipe

2.The proposed works are listed in Table 1 to this notice. The effect of the order will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the road included in Table 1 to this notice. Diversions will be signed as specified in Table 1. Suspension of one-way traffic will also be introduced to two-way working to facilitate these works.

3. The Order will come into effect on 23 May 2022 and is expected to be completed by 04 June 2022; but may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier and will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs.
4. Access for emergency vehicles, vehicles being used in connection with the works, residents and pedestrians will be always maintained during the closure.
5.Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction/prohibition imposed by this Notice may be issued with a Penalty Charge Notice.
