The Taunton Roast Company is applying for the grant of a premises licence for 61 High Street, Taunton TA1 3PT.
The licensable activities it is proposed will be carried on are: the selling and consumption of alcohol and performance of live and recorded music

Any person wishing to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority, giving in detail the grounds of objection by Thursday the 19th of May for representations, which is 28 days beginning on the day after the application is served on the licensing authority>. Representations can be made online on the 'object to a licensing application' page on the council website, or by email to enquiries@somersetwestandtaunton.gov.uk .
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary of conviction for making a false statement is a level 5 on the standard scale.
