Please submit the following wording in addition to the certificate D for advertisement in the newspaper for 21 days:

"In accordance with Section 13 (1), (2), (4) and (5) of the Development Management Procedure Order 2015 (as amended), requisite notice is hereby given through this advisement to any relevant landowners whose land may be affected by planning application reference P21 / V2009/ FUL at address 6 Frogmore Lane Stanford In The Vale Faringdon SN7 8LG. The applicants acknowledge they are not the sole land owners of all land required to facilitate the proposed development and they have been unable to ascertain any of the other land owners to which this application relates, as denoted by the red outline in the application Location Plan. In conjunction with ownership certificate D displayed as a part of this advertisement, in accordance with relevant legislation this notice is required to be displayed for 21-days from the date of its publication prior to the determination of the
planning application.
