(Various Roads, Barrow Hall Road, Barling Magna, and Great Wakering, Rochford), (20mph Zone) Order 202*
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under section 84(1)(a) and (2), and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), S36 of Road Traffic Act 1988, Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996, and S90A-F of the Highways Act 1980.
Effect of the order:
To Implement:
'20mph Zone' on the following lengths of road, Barling Magna, and Great Wakering, in the District of Rochford.
Road Description
Boar Street From its junction with Turbot Drive for its entire length, including any turn points.
Nursehound Drive From its junction with Turbot Drive for its entire length, including any turn points.
Thornback Street From its junction with Turbot Drive for its entire length, including any turn points.
Turbot Drive From its junction with Barrow Hall Road for its entire length, including any turn points.

To Implement:
'Raised Tables' on the following parts of road, Great Wakering, in the District of Rochford.
Road Description
Turbot Drive At its junction with Boar Street.
Turbot Drive At its northern junction with Nursehound Drive.
Turbot Drive At its junction with Thornback Street.

The maximum height of the proposed raised table is 75 millimetres, and is carriageway width, with a gradient of no greater than approximately 1:16.

(Friern Gardens, Wickford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Friern Gardens, Wickford in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with London Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th June 2022 for 26 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001136655 -Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one. network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while main replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via London Road, Deirdre Avenue, Elder Avenue and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 19th May 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Sutton Road, Sutton/Rochford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Sutton Road, Sutton/Rochford in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Purdeys Way to its junction with Shopland Road a distance of approximately 440m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th June 2022 for 3 nights (20:00 - 06:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2325457 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Sutton Road, Sutton Road and Chandlers Way Roundabout, Sutton Road, Eastern Avenue and Sutton Road Roundabout, Eastern Avenue, Cuckoo Corner Roundabout, Manners Way, Harp House Roundabout, Rochford Road, Southend Road, Southend Road Roundabout, Sutton Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 19th May 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Church Road, Vange) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Vange in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 60m northwest of its junction with Osborne Road for a distance of approximately 35m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd May 2022 for 1 night (23:00 - 23:59), or where stated on a valid permit (KL701FSS2-24-77-220522 -Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while bridge examination works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.
An alternative route is available via Clay Hill Road, Timberlog Lane, Mopsies Roundabout, Broadmayne, Broadmayne Roundabout and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 5th May 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Limetree Road, Canvey Island) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Limetree Road, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Orange Road for a distance of approximately 155m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th May 2022 for 33 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001128279 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas main replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.
No alternative route is available.
The Order came into effect on 5th May 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Retreat Road, Hockley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Retreat Road, Hockley in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Gladstone Road to its junction with Great Eastern Road a distance of approximately 105m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th May 2022 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001104353 -Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while main replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via: Gladstone Road, Great Eastern Road, OR Great Eastern Road, Station Road and Gladstone Road.
The Order came into effect on 5th May 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(A13 Vange Bypass, Fobbing/ Pitsea Bypass, Pitsea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of A13 Vange Bypass, Fobbing/Pitsea Bypass, Pitsea in the Borough of Basildon, from the junction with Five Bells Roundabout North to the junction with Broadway Link Roundabout a distance of approximately 2976m in both directions.
2. To temporarily close the On Slip Road, from its junction with Broadway Link Roundabout to its junction with A13 Vange Bypass a distance of approximately 270m.
3. To temporarily close the On Slip Road, from its junction with Five Bells Roundabout North to its junction with A13 Vange Bypass a distance of approximately 335m.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 27th May 2022 for 2 nights (21:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP20123262481-01 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while verge maintenance works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Pitsea Bypass, Broadway Link Roundabout, South Mayne, Broadmayne Roundabout, Broadmayne, Mopsies Roundabout, Roundacre, Roundacre New Roundabout, Nether Mayne, Fobbing Farm Roundabout, Five Bells Roundabout North and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 5th May 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
