Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2022
[Prohibition of Waiting on A449 Chester Road
South and Pelham Lodge, Kidderminster]
On 28 April 2022 Worcestershire County Council
made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit
waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides
of roads in Redditch:-
A449 Chester Road South (northwest side) from its junction with Pelham Lodge for a distance of 20m in a south westerly direction. Pelham Lodge (north side)
from a point 5m west of its junction with A449 Chester Road South for a distance of 24m in a westerly direction; (south side) from its junction with A449 Chester Road South for a distance of 24m in a westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

Order made: to close that part of C2141 Chadwick Lane from its junction with B4193 Stourport Road to its junction with A4025 Stourport Road. Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A4025 Stourport Road, A4025 Worcester Road, B4193 Hartlebury Road, B4193 Stourport Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 16 May 2022. (B4195 Bewdley Road North and B4195 Stourport Road, Stourport On Severn) (Temporary Closure)

Order made: To close that part of B4195 Bewdley Road North and B4195 Stourport Road from its junction with U11500 Lickhill Road North/Burlish Crossing to its junction with A456 Blackstone Roundabout.
Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4195 Bewdley Road North, B4195 Bewdley Road, B4195 Worcester Street, A451 Minster Road, A451 Stourport Road, A4535 Sutton Road, A456 Bewdley Hill, A456 Kidderminster Road, A456 Bewdley Bypass, A456 Stourport Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 19 days Commencing: 16 May 2022.
(C2126 Churchill Lane, Churchill And Blakedown)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Order made: To close that part of C2126 Churchill Lane from its junction with C2061 Stakenbridge Lane to its junction with C2126 Waggon Lane. Reason: Replace unsafe posts and rails by WCC. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2061 Stakenbridge Lane, A456 Kidderminster Road South, A456 Birmingham Road, C2126 Churchill Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
5 days Commencing: 16 May 2022.

6 U12169 Blakebrook, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Proposed Order: to close that part of A4535 Bewdley Hill from its junction with:
Closure 1: A4535 Bewdley Hill from its junction with B4549 Sutton Park Road to its junction with A4535
Sutton Road (6th - 19th June). Closure 2: A4535 Summer Place from its junctions with A456 Bewdley Road to its junction with U12169 Blakebrook (6th June - 3rd July). Closure 3: U12169 Blakebrook from its junctions with A4535 Summer Place to its junction
with A456 Bewdley Road (4th - 10th July).
Reason: New replacement gas mains by Cadent Gas. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Diversion 1 . A4535 Bewdley Hill:
A4535 Sutton Road, A451 Stourport Road, A451 Minster Road, B4195 Worcester Street, B4195 Bewdley Road, B4195 Bewdley Road North, B4195 Stourport Road, A456 Bewdley Bypass, A456 Kidderminster Road and vice versa. Diversion 2. A4535 Summer Place: A4535 Blakebrook, A4535 Mason Road, A442 Proud Cross Ringway, A456 Bewdley Road and vice versa. Diversion 3. U12169 Blakebrook: A4535 Summer Place, A456 Bewdley Road and vice versa Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 35 days Commencing: 6 June 2022.
