Licensing Act 2003: Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.
Notice is hereby given that Mr. George Manole has applied to Basildon Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at Traditii, 71 Southernhay, Basildon Essex SS14 1EU.
The nature of the application is as follows: To permit the Sale by Retail of Alcohol Monday - Saturday 09:00 to 20.00, and Sunday 09:00 to 17:00 hours.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below.
Representations should be sent to:- The Licensing Authority, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martin's Square, Basildon, SS14 1DL.
A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, by appointment, between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays).
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is level 5 of the standard scale, (currently £5,000).
