Notice Of Making An Order Section 53 Wildlife And Countryside Act 1981 Definitive Map And Statement For The Devizes Rural District Council Area Dated 1952 The Wiltshire Council Parish Of Urchfont Path No.52 Definitive Map And Statement Modification Order 2022

The above order confirmed on 5 May 2022 will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding to them a restricted byway leading from the B3098 heading in a south easterly direction for approximately 260m to its junction with Bridleway Urchfont 52 having a width of 9m. The Order became operative as from 5 May 2022 but if any person is aggrieved by the Order and desires to question the validity on the ground that it is not within the powers of section 53 or that any of the requirements of Schedule 15 to the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 have not been complied with in relation to it, they may within 42 days from 12 May 2022 make an application under paragraph 12 (1) of Schedule 15 to the 1981 Act, to the High Court.
