I Yahya Ahmadi do hereby give notice that it is my intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council for the grant of a premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as Shayan Persian restaurant on 15 Western Road, Brighton BN3 1AE ofr the following licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on the premises:
To permit the sale and supply of alcohol on the premises from 12:00 - 22:30 everyday.
*ln the case of an application for a provisional statement, representations are restricted after the issue of a provisional statement.
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant, should send to EHL.safety@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 UP no later than the end of consultation date on 27th May 2022 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
