Notice is hereby given that Sale Leisure Limited has applied in respect of the 46 School Road, Sale, M33 7XE for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: The supply of alcohol, recorded and live music from 08:00 hours until Midnight daily. Late night refreshment from 23.00 hour until Midnight daily. To allow the premises to open for an additional 30 minutes after licensable activities cease. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by die end of I June 2022, to the Trafford Council Licensing Authority at Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester. M32 0TH where the register of licensing applications can De inspected during officer hours and/or at Licensing Register (

). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
