(A43 5 Alcester Road, Wythall) (50 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2022

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to reduce the speed limit on the following length of road in Wythall to 50 miles per hour:
A43 5 Alcester Road Northbound carriageway from a point 80 metres north of the roundabout junction with the M42 motorway in a northerly direction to the roundabout junction with Middle Lane, Station Road and Hollywood Bypass.
Southbound carriageway from the roundabout junction with Middle Lane, Station Road and Hollywood Bypass in a southerly direction to a point 335 metres north of the roundabout junction with the M42 motorway. There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.

(Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2022 [Prohibition of Waiting on Lyndenwood, Redditch]
On 28 April 2022 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Redditch:-
Lyndenwood (southeast side) from a point 10m northeast of its junction with Downsell Road for a distance of 38m in a north easterly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 19 May 2022. Documents in relation to this Order can be downloaded at

(U23433 Peterbrook Road, Wythall) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Proposed Order: To close that part of U23433 Peterbrook Road from its junction with U23431 Drawbridge Road to its junction with U23435 Rolan Drive. Reason: Carriageway reconstruction by WCC. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U23431 Drawbridge Road, U23426 Haslucks Green Road, U23424 Haslucks Green Road, U23433 Peterbrook Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 6 June 2022.

(B4497 Battens Drive, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of B4497 Battens Drive from its junction with U32329 Padgets Lane to its junction with A4023 Coventry Highway roundabout. Reason: New road construction by Stuart Weight Consultancy & Design Ltd.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A4023 Coventry Highway, C2123 Alders Drive, A4189 Warwick Highway and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 nights (18:00-06:00) Commencing: 3 June 2022.

(C2060 Church Road, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: To close that part of C2060 Church Road from its junction with U22203 Pumphouse Lane for a distance of 80 metres in a South Easterly direction.
Reason: Residential development works by Eden Homes.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2060 Church Road, C2060 Foxlydiate Lane, C2137 Birchfield Road, U30417
Heathfield Road, C2060 Green Lane, C2060 Crumpfields Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 13 days Commencing: 16 May 2022.

(U31134 The Mayfields, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: To close that part of U31134 The Mayfields from its junction with U31130 Parsons Road to its junction with U30100 Mount Pleasant. Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U31130 Parsons Road, U31127
Tunnel Drive, C2101 Coldfield Drive, U31119 Pool Bank,
U30100 Mount Pleasant and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
12 days Commencing: 16 May 2022.

(U30109 Paddock Lane, Redditch) (Temporary
Closure) Order 2022
Proposed Order: to close that part of U30109 Paddock Lane from its junction with U30108 Castleditch Lane for a distance of 500 metres in a westerly direction. Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U30108 Castleditch Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 7 June 2022.

(Link Footpath F30038 Sedgley Close (front nos. 2-5) and Link Footpath F30034 Sedgley Close (outside nos.22), Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Proposed Order:
to close that part of Link Footpath F30038 Sedgley Close (front nos. 2-5) and Link Footpath F30034 Sedgley Close (outside no.22-27), from its junction with U32008 Sedgley Close to its junction with Link Footpath F30034 Dale Road for its entire length. Reason: Footway Reconstruction by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: F30034 Dale Road, F30034 Sedgley Close, U32008 Sedgley Close, F30038 Sedgley Close and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days Commencing: 6 June 2022.

(Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2022 [Prohibition of Waiting No Loading and Unloading

on Market Walk and Alcester Walk, Redditch] On 28 April 2022 Worcestershire County Council made an Order giving permanent effect to an Experimental Order made on 2 September 2021 which will prohibit waiting - no loading and unloading at any time on the following lengths and sides of road in Redditch: -Market Walk (both sides) for its entire length. Alcester Walk (both sides) for its entire length. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 19 May.
