The Scottish Ministers, through the Scottish Government's Planning and Environmental Appeals Division (DPEA) and under the terms of the Town and Country Planning (Appeals) (Scotland) Regulations 2013, are currently considering an appeal made to them by Rigghill Wind Farm Ltd in respect of the matter set out above. The reporter appointed to make a decision on this appeal Mr David Liddell BA(Hons) MRTPI, will hold an inquiry session on the effects of the development on the setting of the Outerwards Roman Fort scheduled monument.
The session will begin on Tuesday 14 June 2022,10 am virtually and will run for 3 days until Thursday 16 June, with Friday 17 June held as a reserve day if needed.
