Notice of Temporary Traffic Order

Abingdon, A415 Rye Farm Car Park track to Rye Farm Cottages - Closure Date of Order: 21 February 2022 This Order was introduced for resurfacing of the access track from the A415 to Rye Farm Cottages which was due to be undertaken from 1 March but was delayed. Works are now anticipated to take place between 17 May and 30 June. The effect of the Order is to close temporarily the access track to Rye Farm Cottages. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for pedestrian access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of footpath. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. The alternative route for those affected by the closure is via a close-by parallel track to the north through District Council land. This
