North Yorkshire County Council Notice of making of a Public Path Diversion Order Highways Act 1980 North Yorkshire County Council Public Footpath No. 25.120/023, Three Tuns Cottage, Farndale West Diversion Order 2022

The above Order, made on 29/04/22, under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert the Public Footpath described. Public Footpath No. 25.120/023 from GR SE6696 9484 on Mill Lane, & runs south west through the curtilage of Three Tuns Cottage & continues generally south west through a field to GR SE6683 9475 on Green Lane, will be diverted onto a new line from GR SE6698 9486 on Mill Lane, & runs north west along a farm track & runs south west through a field to GR SE6683 9475 on Green Lane. A copy of the Order & the Order map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Pickering Library, The Ropery, Pickering, North Yorkshire until 08/06/22. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Suzanne Williamson at the above address not later than 08/06/22. Please state the grounds on which they are made. Please note that objections/representations cannot be treated as confidential & may come into the public domain. Copies of any objections or representations received may be disclosed to interested parties, including the Planning Inspectorate where the case is referred to it for determination. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, North Yorkshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations & objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
