Notice of Application to vary a Premises Licence I Nathan Waller, hereby make application to vary the Premises Licence in respect of 22, Queens Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS1 1LU. The nature of the proposed variation is to remove the serving counter, to add 2 additional beer pumps and to add 2 fridges. In all other respects of the licence is unchanged. Responsible authorities or any person may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea Borough Council).

All such representations shall be made in writing, by 2nd June 2022.Representations should be sent to The Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk. A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays or on their website www.southend.gov.uk.It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
