Notice is hereby given that an Inspector will be appointed by the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs to determine City of York Council Public Footpath Kexby 20 Modification Order 2020 AND Public Footpath Kexby 19 Modification Order 2020
and will attend at: Dunnington and Grimston Sports Club, Common Road, Dunnington, York, Y019 5NG On 07 June 2022 at 10.00am To hold a public local inquiry into the Order The effect of the Orders, if confirmed without modifications, will be to modify the definitive map and statement for the area by: Kexby 20
-adding the public footpath from Kexby 11 to Kexby 8 SE 6855 5277 to SE 6809 5282. Kxby 19
-adding the public footpath from Kexby 11 to Intake Lane SE 6839 5237 to SE 6800 5274.
