Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 - Notice Under Article 13

'Application for planning permission' Land east of Poples Bow, Highbridge Avison Young act on behalf of Foundation Property & Capital Group in respect of its interest in the above site. On behalf of our client, in accordance with Article 13 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (DMPO), we hereby give notice that we have submitted an application for planning permission for the construction of an industrial storage and distribution warehouse (Use Class B2/B8), with ancillary offices (Use Class E(g)(I)) and associated infrastructure works including site access, parking provision, landscaping and drainage works.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at Sedgemoor District Council, Development Management, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater, Somerset, TA6 3AR within 21 days of the date of this notice.
