Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council Bridleway No. 130, Poole Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004, has made temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic. WHAT & WHERE: Bridleway No. 130 closed to all pedestrians and vehicles from Blandford Close leading to Recreation Ground (rear of The Cornerstone Academy) and Hinchliffe Road
WHEN: From 8am on Monday 16 May until Friday 11 November 2022
WHY: To undertake tree maintenance work and vegetation clearance followed by construction of 3m wide surfaced footpath along the existing bridleway. PEDESTRIAN DIVERSION: via Blandford Road between Blandford Close and Hinchliffe Road

These arrangements may be amended/extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations. Restrictions may be in effect under this Order for up to 6 months and could be further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State.
