St Marys Road, Temporary Closure

Somerset County Council District of Sedgemoor Parish of Bumham-on-Sea and Highbridge Temporary Closure of St Marys Road

Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along St Marys Road - from 105 metres north of the junction with St John's Road, northwards for a total distance of 50 metres. This Order will enable Bristol Water to carry out lead replacement works. The Order becomes effective on 10th May 2022 and will remain In force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 18th May 2022 and last until 20th May 2022 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 3 days. There Is no alternative route for this closure.
