Notice is hereby given that Babas Pizza House, Grill & Bar Ltd has applied in respect of 5 Crouch Street, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3EN, for a variation to the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: - Vary the hours for recorded music indoors and the sale of alcohol- amend conditions.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
