Public Bridleway 138 Public Path Creation Order 2022

The above order, made on 26th April 2022 under Section 26 of the Highways Act 1980, will create a public bridleway from Public Bridleway SE18/26 (Dorset) at GR SY 98510 92725, leading in a south easterly direction to join with Public Footpath 7 at GR SY 98739 92508 as shown on the order map. A copy of the order and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at BCP Council Town Hall, Boume Avenue, Bournemouth, BH2 6EB. Copies of the order and map may be bought there at a price of £5, or alternatively you may see the order on the BCP Council Rights of Way webpage.

Any representation about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to the Rights of Way Team, BCP Council Town Hall, Boume Avenue, Bournemouth, BH2 6EB or alternatively via email to

not later than 9th June 2022.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, BCP Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order. Dated: 7th May 2022
