NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION Proposed Development at Blagdon Depot Frankland Lane, Durham, County Durham, DH1 5TA. Take notice that an application is being made by Harrison Commercial Properties (NE) Ltd for planning permission for: Full Planning permission for redevelopment of site comprising demolition of 6no. existing industrial units and erection of 4no. units (Use Class B2), associated parking and boundary enclosure. Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted Durham County Council, Local Planning Authority address Development Management, County Hall, Durham DH1 5U1.
