Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Traffic Management Act 2004 The County Of Wiltshire (Western Wiltshire) (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2018 (Amendment No.1) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 the effect of which will be to amend The County of Wiltshire (Western Wiltshire) (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2018 by introducing Melksham Community Campus Car Park to the Order, operating Monday to Saturday (including Bank Holidays) between the hours of 08:00 - 18:00 with the following tariff up to: 1hr - £0.40, 2hrs - £1.30, 3hrs - £2.30, 4hrs - £3.10, 5hrs - £4.10 and Sunday between the hours of 10:00 and 16:00 with the tariff of £0.80 per visit. Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Traffic Management Act 2004 The County Of Wiltshire (Trowbridge) (Prohibition And Restriction Of Waiting, Prohibition Of Stopping, Taxi Rank Clearways And On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2019 (Amendment No.5) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that on 27 April 2022 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order (previously advertised as The County of Wiltshire (Trowbridge) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Prohibition of Stopping, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2019 Experimental Order (No.1) 2020) under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act of 1984") and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in the Trowbridge Consolidation Order 2019 by revoking Map Schedule No. ES27 dated 18 March 2022 and replacing it by the insertion of Map Schedule No. ES27 dated 9 May 2022 the effect of which is to introduce No Waiting at any time on Hilperton Road - north side - i) from a point 76 metres north east of its junction with Hilperton Road roundabout for a distance of 56 metres in an easterly direction ii) from a point 170 metres north east of its junction with Hilperton Road roundabout for a distance of 50 metres in an easterly direction. As part of this project a Mandatory Cycle Lane operating at all times will be introduced on Hilperton Road - both sides - from a point 68 metres north east of its junction with Hilperton Road roundabout for a distance of 127 metres in an easterly direction. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Order will come into operation on 9 May 2022.

Section 14 Of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) C214 (Part) Monkton Farleigh; from its property known as Rushmead Farm for a distance of approximately 970 metres in a westerly direction to enable BT to carry out pole test and associated work. Alternative route: via C214 (unaffected length) - C213 - C215 - B3109 -C214 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 31 May 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 1 day. B) A363 (Part), Bradford on Avon; from its junction with B3109 Frome Road to its junction with A363 Trowbridge Road to enable BT to carry out access underground chambers and associated works. Alternative route: via Junction Road - B3109 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 01 June 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 19:30 and 06:00 for 1 night. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: C) B3098 (Part), Coulston; from its junction with C228 to its junction with Coulston Hollow to enable BT to carry out pole test. Alternative route for high sided vehicles via B3098 (unaffected length) - C40 - A360 - A361 - A350 - Bitham Park - B3098 (unaffected length) and vice versa. Alternative route for all other vehicles via B3098 (unaffected length) - A360 - A361 - A350 -Bitham Park - B3098 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 08 May 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 1 day. D) C395 (Part), Melksham Without; from its roundabout junction with A350 for a distance of approximately 75m in a southerly direction to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out zebra crossing and associated works. Alternative route via C395 (unaffected length) - A350 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 09 May 2022 and the closure will be required until 03 June 2022. E) A363 St Margarets Street (Part), Bradford on Avon; from outside property known as The Grocery Basket to its junction with St Margarets Hill. F) A363 Frome Road (Part), Bradford on Avon; from its roundabout junction with Station Approach to outside property known as The Three Horseshoes. G) Station Approach (Part), Bradford on Avon; from its roundabout junction with A363 to outside property known as Flower Station to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway surfacing and associated works. Alternative route E) and F) via A363 (unaffected length) - B3107 - B3015 - B3106 - A361 - A363 - Junction Road - A363 (unaffected length) and vice versa. No alternative route is available for G). This Order will come into operation on 10 May 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 18:00 and 23:59 for 4 nights. For further information please contact Wiltshire Council on 0300 456 0100. Orders (a) to (g) will have a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.
