(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ASCOT ROAD, WATFORD) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Ascot Road, Watford from its junction with the access road leading to 'Morrisons' north eastwards and north westwards for a distance of approximately 315m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Ascot Road.
The Order is needed because foul water sewer connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 23 May 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF A5135 ELSTREE WAY, BOREHAMWOOD) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the north westbound carriageway of A5135 Elstree Way, Borehamwood from a point 98m south east of its junction with Warwick Road north westwards for a distance of approximately 231m ("the Road"). An alternative route will be via A5135 Elstree Way, the service road leading to Warwick Road and A5135 Elstree Way.
The Order is needed because carriageway surfacing works are proposed to be executed on the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 23 May 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF NORFOLK ROAD, RICKMANSWORTH) ORDER NO.2 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Norfolk Road, Rickmansworth from a point 62m north east of its junction with Church Street north eastwards for a distance of approximately 25m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via Norfolk Road, Church Street, Skidmore Way, Waters Drive and Norfolk Road.
The Order is needed because the replacement of existing lighting columns is proposed to be executed near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 26 May 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF DEADMANS ASH LANE, SARRATT) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Deadmans Ash Lane, Sarratt from a point in line with the northern boundary of 'Harvest Cottage' south westwards to a point in line with the southern boundary of 'The Bungalow', a distance of approximately 33m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Deadmans Ash Lane, Bottom Lane, Plough Lane, Poles Hill, The Green, Dimmocks Lane and Deadmans Ash Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 25 May 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Popes Lane, Watford from its junction with St Georges Road north westwards for a distance of approximately 29 metres ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via St Georges Road, The Harebreaks, Longspring and Popes Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 24 May 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF STEEPLANDS, BUSHEY) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Steeplands, Bushey from its junction with Claybury north westwards for a distance of approximately 127m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Claybury, A411 (Sparrows Herne/High Street) and Steeplands.
The Order is needed because water service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 24 May 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN VARIOUS ROADS IN WATFORD AND MILL END) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Harris Road, Watford from its junction with Rushton Avenue south westwards to its junction with Evans Avenue, a distance of approximately 447m. An alternative route will be via Rushton Avenue, Leggatts Rise and Evans Avenue.
2. that length of Summerfield Road, Watford from its junction with Harris Road south eastwards and south westwards to its junction with Clarke Way, a distance of approximately 165m.
An alternative route will be via Harris Road, Evans Avenue, Leggatts Rise, Rushton Avenue and Clarke Way.
3. that length of Ross Crescent, Watford from its easternmost junction with Harris Road north westwards, south westwards and south eastwards for its entire length. An alternative route will be via Harris Road.
4. that length of Orbital Crescent, Watford from its northernmost junction with Evans Avenue south westwards, south eastwards and north eastwards for a distance of approximately 290m.
An alternative route will be via Evans Avenue.
5. that length of Evans Avenue/North Approach, Watford from its junction with Leggatts Rise north westwards and north eastwards for a distance of approximately 308m.
An alternative route will be via Leggatts Rise, Rushton Avenue, A41 North Western Avenue, A412 St Albans Road, Sheepcot Lane, A405 North Orbital Road, Greenwood Drive and North Approach.
6. that length of Gammons Lane, Watford from its junction with Dell Road south eastwards to its junction with Longspring, a distance of approximately 413m. An alternative route will be via Gammons Lane, Leggatts Way, The Harebreaks and Longspring.
7. that length of Nascot Street, Watford from its junction with Langley Road south westwards to its junction with Malden Road, a distance of approximately 206m. An alternative route will be via Langley Road, Denmark Street and Malden Road.
8. that length of Eastwick Crescent, Mill End from its junction with Long Lane north eastwards for a distance of approximately 72m.
An alternative route will be via Long Lane, Kenwood Drive and Eastwick Crescent.
9. that length of Long Lane, Mill End from its junction with Kenwood Drive south eastwards to its junction with A412 Uxbridge Road, a distance of approximately 403m.
An alternative route will be via Kenwood Drive, the service road fronting Nos.2-56 Long Lane, the service road fronting Nos.278-312 Uxbridge Road and A412 Uxbridge Road.
10. the service road fronting Nos.2-56 Long Lane, Watford from its junction with Kenwood Drive south eastwards for a distance of approximately 331m.
An alternative route will be via Kenwood Drive, Long Lane, A412 Uxbridge Road and the service road fronting Nos.278-312 Uxbridge Road. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 23 May 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN GARDEN CLOSE, WATFORD) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Garden Close, Watford from its junction with The Gardens south eastwards for its entire length ("the Road"), except for access.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 23 May 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT MEASURES ON VARIOUS ROADS, PUBLIC FOOTPATH AND FOOTPATH IN BOREHAMWOOD) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect on the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), public footpath ("the Public Footpath") and footpath ("the Footpath") will be:-
1. To prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of Roads, except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
a) that length of Organ Hall Road, Borehamwood from a point 32m south west of its junction with Theobald Street south eastwards, south westwards, north westwards and south westwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
b) that length of Theobald Street, Borehamwood from its junction with B5378 Allum Lane north westwards for a distance of approximately 2064m.
An alternative route will be via B5378 Allum Lane, A5183 (Watling Street/Cobden Hill/ Watling Street) and Theobald Street.
c) that length of Spring Close, Borehamwood from a point 55m north east of its junction with Brook Road south eastwards and north eastwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
2. To prohibit all pedestrians from using the following length of Public Footpath and Footpath:-
a) that length of Elstree and Borehamwood Public Footpath No.052 from its junction with Organ Hall Road north eastwards to its junction with Theobald Street, a distance of approximately 42m.
There is no alternative route available for pedestrians when the works are being carried out. However pedestrian access to properties along this public footpath will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
b) the footpath situated on the north side of Nos.23-37 Winstre Road, Borehamwood from its junction with Winstre Road south westwards and south eastwards for a distance of approximately 64m.
An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the south side of Winstre Road, the footway situated on the north side of Hartforde Road, the footway situated on the north side of Brook Road and the footways situated on the east and south sides of Spring Close.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 23 May 2022 for a period of up to 6 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF VARIOUS ROADS IN SARRATT) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access:-
1. that length of Bucks Hill, Sarratt from its junction with Sarratt Public Bridleway No.057 southwards and south eastwards for a distance of approximately 900m. An alternative route will be via Bucks Hill, The Common, The Street, Dunny Lane, Poles Hill, The Green, Dimmocks Lane, Sarratt Road, Redhall Lane, Chandlers Lane, Toms Hill and Bucks Hill
or via Bucks Hill, The Common, The Street, Dunny Lane, Poles Hill, The Green, Red Lion Lane, Plough Lane, Commonwood and Quickmoor Lane.
2. that length of Quickmoor Lane/Commonwood, Sarratt from its junction with Bucks Hill south westwards to its junction with Plough Lane, a distance of approximately 1156m.
An alternative route will be via Bucks Hill, The Common, The Street, Dunny Lane, Poles Hill, The Green, Red Lion Lane and Plough Lane.
3. that length of Red Lion Lane, Sarratt from its junction with Plough Lane south westwards to its junction with The Green, a distance of approximately 470m. An alternative route will be via Plough Lane, Commonwood, Quickmoor Lane, Bucks Hill, The Common, The Street, Dunny Lane, Poles Hill and The Green.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 13 May 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF A411 ELSTREE ROAD, BUSHEY HEATH) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of A411 Elstree Road, Bushey Heath from its junction with Titian Avenue north eastwards to its junction with Clay Lane, a distance of approximately 282m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via A411 Elstree Road, A409 (Heathbourne Road/ Magpie Hall Road), A4140 High Road and A411 (High Road/Elstree Road) or via A411 Elstree Road, A4140 High Road, A409 (Magpie Hall Road/Heathbourne Road) and A411 Elstree Road.
The Order is needed because the replacement of existing utility poles is proposed to be executed near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 12 May 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Sarratt Lane, Loudwater from a point 75m south east of its junction with Trout Rise south eastwards for a distance of approximately 50m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via Sarratt Lane, Solesbridge Lane, Sarratt Road, The Green, Loudwater Lane and Sarratt Lane.
The Order is needed because water service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

An alternative route will be via Sarratt Road, The Green, Baldwins Lane and Links Way.
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because tree works are proposed to be executed near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 9 May 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Carrington Close, Borehamwood from its junction with Carrington Avenue south eastwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
2. that length of Belmont Road, Bushey from its junction with B462 Aldenham Road north westwards to its junction with Vernon Road, a distance of approximately 137m.
An alternative route will be via B462 Aldenham Road, Bushey Grove Road and Vernon Road.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 10 May 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.
