Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that BBOP LTD has applied to London Borough of Barnet for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Bluebells of Portobello, 357 Regents Park Road, London, N3 1DN.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the sale of alcohol on and off Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 23:30.
The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 00:00.
Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by the London Borough of Barnet Licensing Team Licensing Team, 2nd Floor Annex, Barnet House 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London, N20 0EJ or licensingadmin@barnet.gov.uk by 27th May 2022 stating the grounds for objections. The register of London Borough of Barnet and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website https://www.barnet.gov.uk/licences-permits-and-registrations/licensing-register  
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
