High Street, Vary a Premises Licensing

Application For The Variation of Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made by: Missenden Abbey Limited.
For the variation of a premises licence in respect of: Missenden Abbey, High Street, Great Missenden, HP16 0BD.
The variations proposed are as follows:
(1) to increase the hours authorised for the sale of alcohol to residents and their private friends;
(2) to extend the hours during which the sale of alcohol is permitted, and to add provision of live and recorded music to the licence; and
(3) to extend the area covered by the premises licence to the grounds as set out on the plan. Your representation must be received by 26 May 2022 and should clearly state the grounds upon which the representations are made.
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licence application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
