NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Waltham Forest for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Aldi, Cork Tree Retail Park Cork Tree Way, Hall Lane, Chingford, E4 8JA. The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00.

The appli­cation may be viewed Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm (except Bank Holidays). Any person wishing to make a representation in respect of the above activities may do so in writing to the Licensing Service, 3 The Square, Leyton, London EI0 5NR or via email: Licensing@walthamforest.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 31 st May 2022.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
