(Clacton Road, Little Oakley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Clacton Road, Little Oakley in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Harwich Road for a distance of approximately 400m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st June 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30049312337 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Ramsey Road, Church Hill, Ramsey Roundabout, A120 J B1352 Roundabout, Tinker Street, A120, Poplar Hall, Harwich Road, Harwich Road Trunk A120, Wix Bypass, A120 J B1035 Roundabout, Horsley Cross Roundabout, Clacton Road, Mistley Road, Heath Road, Wilson Close, School Road, The Street, Thorpe Road, Swan Road, Tendring Road, Colchester Road, High Street and vice versa (with access only onto B1414).
The Order will come into effect on 12th May 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Brantham Road/The Causeway, Lawford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Brantham Road/The Causeway, Lawford in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 65m north of the junction with Dale Hall Roundabout for a distance of approximately 200m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th May 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (KL701LTN1-01-226-290522 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while bridge examination works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.
An alternative route is available via The Causeway, Brantham Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 29th April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
