(Off street parking places) (durham city park and ride sites) order 2005 (amendment no. 2) order 2022

The Council intend to make an Order under Sections 32, 33,34 & 35 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the purpose of which is to amend the schedule of the order to correct an administrative error, inserting the charge of £5.00 for the overnight parking bays for motor homes at the Belmont (Carville) Park and Ride Site. A copy of the Order and supporting documents may be inspected at Durham Clayport Library during normal opening hours and via the council1 s website.
