Notice is hereby given that Franco Manca UK Ltd his applied to Elmbridge BC for a Premises Licence for Franco Manca, 41-43 High St, Esher KT10 9SQ to provide for recorded music daily 1000-0000 and the sale of alcohol on and off daily between 1000-0000 and late-night refreshment on and off daily untl midnight:

Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writng to the licensing authority at the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 24 May 2022. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the pubic domain. Representations must relate to one of the four Licensng Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard Scale under Section 158 of the licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
